Description
Connection between SAP GmbH and the SAP applications at the customer.
Business purpose
Is used to provide a ready to use connection between SAP GmbH and the client SAP Applications (OSS connection).
Characteristics & indications of usage
- Is used to send the weekly Early Watch Reports to SAP.
- Can be used by SAP to connect to the clients SAP Application to provide remote support.
