A facility's/solution's reliability describes how much you can rely on the facility/solution to function correctly when it is supposed to function.
Reliability is specified by two Quality Attributes:
- Availability guarantees the functioning of the facility at the times when it is supposed to function
- Integrity guarantees the results of the functioning
