Description
This Building Block Type belongs to Working Area Security & Support (SS). Status Retrieval can inform a facility of the status of another facility. This is useful for a.o. the following purposes
- health check for system management purposes;
- as a trigger to perform certain actions, or refrain from them (e.g. status probe by a load balancer);
- for logging/auditing purposes.
