Description

This Building Block Type belongs to Working Area Client Realm (CR). It represents the physical interface of the Workspace Engine to the user. It delivers the Workspace Engine to the end-user, via the device the end user is using to 'receive' or access his workspace. There are several form factors in which the Workspace Accommodation facility appears, such as desktop, notebook or tablet. This form factor mainly determines the suitability of the workspace for its intended use.

Note that this Building Block comes with its own, limited set of input and output devices, typically a graphic device (e.g. monitor or terminal) and keyboard/mouse or equivalent. The set is limited in that it is the standard set for our organization; non-standard devices are added using Building Block Types User Input and/or User Output.
